The contest is open to all KXAN-TV viewers who are 18 years of age and up and live in the KXAN viewing area. For minors, parents/legal guardians of children under the age of 18 must submit the entries and claim any prizes. Minors may not enter the contest on their own - their submissions must be made by parents/guardians.
Prizes: Two winners will be chosen (1st and 2nd place winner) by a combination of station judges (judging based on uniqueness, creativity, and style) and public voting. Voting Period is September 9, 2013 through September 15, 2013.
