Rodeo Austin winners will receive two (2) tickets to Clay Walker Concert at Rodeo Austin. The winner must enter to win online. Winner must be able to verify identity to claim prize.

1.TO ENTER: No purchase or payment is necessary to win. Go to KXAN. com and enter to win. Winners will be selected randomly on 3/5/12.

2.ELIGIBILITY: Rodeo Austin Clay Walker Concert Giveaway is open to all residents of Texas. Employees and immediate family members of KXAN/KNVA and Rodeo Austin are not eligible to win. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

3.ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted via phone and will need to pick up their tickets at the KXAN/KNVA station. Winners must be able to verify identity to claim prize.

5.Contest winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed, and prizes are nontransferable. Prizes and individual components of prize awards are subject to availability and KXAN reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes or prize components with a prize or component of equal or greater value. All prizes claimed will be awarded.

6.Rodeo Austin Clay Walker Concert Giveaway contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner's disqualification and the award of his or her prize to an alternate winner.
