1. TO ENTER: No purchase or payment is necessary to win. Space is limited to the first 50 registrants.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Secrets of the Runway is open to all residents of Texas. Employees and immediate family members of KXAN/KNVA are not eligible to win. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.You will receive a confirmation email--you must bring with you to the event.

3. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted via email and must bring printed email to attend the event.

5. Contest winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed, and prizes are nontransferable. Prizes and individual components of prize awards are subject to availability and KNVA reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes or prize components with a prize or component of equal or greater value. All prizes claimed will be awarded.

6. Secrets of the Runway Registration is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Registration constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner's disqualification and the award of his or her prize to an alternate winner.

7. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

8. KXAN/KNVA will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent textual errors in these Official Rules or in other contest materials. Secrets of the Runway Registration is subject to all federal, state and local regulations. Void where prohibited.
